Thank you Steve. I think the toughest part is now, when we know that this is coming to an end but not exactly when. We are all waiting for the union negotiations to finish as quickly as possible.

I would really appreciate if you let me know if you see something that you think I would find interesting.

Thank you Phil. Yes, it has been a while since my last post but maybe there will be a change to that now ;)

One thing that I have found with studying myers briggs is that there can be a big difference between who we are and how we are perceived. I have found that I understand people a lot better. I will come back to this in a later post.

That is a very good question Johan. Our company was acquired by a much larger company not long after this work was finished. They already had this in place. Still I know that the work we did was very valuable to show our new parent who we are and what we believe in. This work was also good input to our upcoming roadmap discussions.

I do also feel that after the acquisition we have been better a keeping the eyes on the ball and being clear about our goals. The work with values could however get a little bit more attention.

How is your work progressing about implementing your mission, vision and values in the organisation? I guess that it can be hard to formulate this, but even harder to implement it into the organisation.
